摘要 综述了镧掺杂钛酸铋的有关理论,详细介绍了目前镧掺杂钛酸铋铁电薄膜的制备方法、优缺点及其进展。讨论了工艺因素对薄膜性能的影响。认为镧掺杂钛酸铋铁电薄膜是一种具有应用前景的光电材料。 the article systematically detailed the related theory of Lanthanum-substituted bismuth titanate. The preparation and research progress in Lanthanum-substituted bismuth titanate ferroelectric thin films were introduced. And the process parameters' effects on the properties of the prepared films were discussed, too. It is showed clearly that lanthanum-substituted bismuth titanate ferroelectric thin films could potentially become the dominant materials for the electro-optic devices.
