摘要
目的对某自备煤矸石电站建设项目职业病危害程度进行识别与评价。方法采用定量检测、检查表与综合分析结合的原则进行评价。结果有5个岗位粉尘超标,检测值分别为1.90、7.95、11.95、10.05、17.80mg/m3;有6个岗位噪声超标,检测值分别为98.1、85.5、88.0、92.0、103.0、102.0 dB(A),粉尘和噪声危害是该厂存在的主要职业病危害因素。结论在职业病防治工作上,该厂措施得力,防尘、毒、噪设施齐全,总体评价结果符合国家卫生标准,但在部分岗位仍有粉尘和噪声污染超标情况,需加强管理。
Objective To identify and evaluate the risk degree of the occupational disease from the construction project of self supply gangue power plant. Methods Quantitative examination, check table and comprehensive analysis were applied. Results The dust of 5 posts exceeded the allowed limits,which detected values ware 1.90,7.95,11.95,10.05, 17.80 mg/m^3 , and noise of 6 posts exceeded the allowed hmits, that detected values were 98.1,85.5,88.0,92.0,103.0, 102.0 dB(A). Dust and noise were the major occupational risk factors . Conclusion This factory have taken effective measure to control the damage of the occupational disease, and facilities against dust, poison and noise are all in readiness. The project accords with requirements of national hygienic standard, but part of posts in workplace still exceed national standards in noise and dust.
