摘要
文章采用数值计算方法,通过对4种半椭圆回转式井壁底和12种削球式井壁底的力学特性进行分析,得出削球式井壁底的承受外载的能力好于半椭圆回转式。对削球式井壁底结构形式进一步分析,得出了削球式井壁底的最佳结构形式及其应力分布规律,为两淮和山东等矿区超深厚表土层钻井井壁底设计计算提供一定的理论依据。
We used the method of numerical calculation, computed four schemes of the structure of semi-ellipse rotation type shaft bottom and twelve schemes of snick shaft bottom, and attained the stress distribution of snick superior to semiellipse shaft bottom. We further analyzed about snick shaft bottom, attained optimal structure style of snick shaft bottom and distribution rule of stress. These put forward to theory for diggings of LiangHuai and Shandong in special thick alluvium about drilling shaft bottom.
