基于Visual Basic 6.0环境噪声评价系统的设计与实现

摘要 利用Visual Basic 6.0高级语言编制了环境噪声评价软件系统。本系统通过读取监测所得原始数据,进行自动化处理,完成声源真实A声级L”A(r0)、监测点背景A声级Lpb、各种衰减(距离衰减Adiv、遮挡物衰减Abar、空气吸收衰减Aatm、附加衰减Aexc等)的计算,从而得出各声源在预测点的真实贡献值累计A声级LpT,最后给出预测结果(A声级LA和噪声污染级LNP),指出监测点噪声是否超出国家指定标准,并导出打印报表。整个操作过程简洁明了,只需点击几个按钮,就可得出预测结果,解决了在环境影响评价过程中有大量繁琐计算的问题,提高了环境影响评价的高效性、合理性及科学性。 Programs the software of the environmental noise impact statement system using Visual Basic 6.0 high level language. In the traditional way of evaluating noise impact, technicians use math models to express and convey their ideas and predict the results, which is complicated. Now, with the help of computers, their ideas and predictions can be done digitally. The model forms are stored in computers, and can be changed accordingly to be used in every stage of evaluating noise impact. Thus we can get a uniform data model. This Environmental Impact Statement System combines computer with environmental science and thus solves the complicated calculating problem which the environmental professionals face when evaluating environmental influence and makes environment evaluation become efficient, reasonable and scientific. This system can automatically process by reading original data obtained through observation, calculating LA (r0),Lpb and all kinds of attenuation(Aaiv,Abar,Aarm, Aexc, etc)and get LpT and the prediction of LA and LNp, pointing out whether the noise source is higher than national criteria and produce report forms. The whole procedure is simple and clear, and the results can be got by touching a few buttons.
