局部用药引起的不良反应文献分析

Adverse Drug Reactions Caused by Local Application of Drugs: Literature Review

目的:重视和了解临床治疗中局部用药引起的各种不良反应。方法:汇总分析1998～2006年国内文献报道的有关局部用药引起的不良反应文献。结果:局部用药在一般情况下不易出现不良反应,但对过敏体质及对某些药物有特异性过敏的患者,仍可引起不同程度的不良反应,甚至死亡。结论:局部用药时,也应警惕药品不良反应的发生。

OBJECTIVE：To pay attention to and investigate the adverse drug reactions （ADRs）caused by local application of drugs.METHODS：Domestic literature regarding the ADRs caused by local application of drugs published during 1998-2006 was reviewed retrospectively.RESULTS：Normally the local application of drugs didn＇t cause ADRs, but may lead to different degree of ADRs or even death to atopic patients or those who is atopic to some drugs.CONCLUSION： We should alert to the occurrence of ARSs in the local application of drugs.
