摘要
研究了在多官能团单体-三烯丙基异氰酸酯(TAIC)存在下,聚丙烯(PP)/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)共混体系的辐射交联、并应用凝胶量、力学性能等数据对其进行表征。结果表明,TAIC对PP/EVA共混体系的辐射交联的敏化作用显著,EVA对体系凝胶生成有正的协同作用,改善了TAIC在共混体系中的分布。敏化交联还改善了PP/EVA共混体系的相容性,增强了相间粘附,提高了其力学性能。
Radiation cross - linking of PP/EVA blend with polyfunctional monomer -TAIC was studied. The blend was characterized by gel contents and mechanical properties. The results show that the sensitized effect of TAIC on radiation cross -linking of PP/EVA blend is obvious, EVA has synergistic effect on gel formation of blend and improves the distribution of TAIC in the blend. Sensitized cross - linking also improves the compatibility, interphase adhesion and mechanical properties of PP/EVA.
