提高合成余热回收率实现二网蒸汽自给有余

摘要 选用JR型氨合成塔内件,能提高合成生产强度,有利于提高合成余热回收率。本厂合成余热回收工艺改革比较成功,二网蒸汽不仅能够自给。 Use of Model JR converter internals leads to an increase in the productivity of the converter, favorable to improvement on recovery of waste heat from the synthesis section. The upgrading of the technology for recovery of waste heat from the synthesis section of this plant is rather successful, and steam is not only self sufficient in the second network but has also a surplus of 500kg/tNH 3 for export to other posts.
