摘要 本文着重介绍如何实现水溶液全循环法尿素合成塔的氨碳比、水碳比自控操作。探讨了实现真正意义上的合成塔氨碳比、水碳比自控的途径和要点,并就如何确定一甲液组份作了研究分析。 The author describes mainly how to realize automatic control of NH 3/CO 2 ratio and H 2O/CO 2 ratio in the urea reactor in the aqueous solution total recycle process, discusses the approach to realization of automatic control of NH 3/CO 2 ratio and H 2O/CO 2 ratio in the urea reactor in a real sense and its main points, studies and analyzes how to determine the composition of the first stage ammonium carbamate,and finds an empirical formula for determination of the composition.
