摘要
建立了毛细管电泳法手性拆分山莨菪碱的四个光学异构体。采用未涂层石英毛细管,75mmol/L磷酸盐为运行缓冲液(pH2.5,含25mmol/L羧甲基-γ-CD),运行电压20kV,毛细管柱温25℃,电迁移进样8kV×6s,检测波长200nm。测定了山莨菪碱合成品两对对映异构体的组成,10个批号中两对对映异构体的组成比例约为3∶2。
A capillary electrophoresis method was established for chiral separation of four anisodamine stereo isomers. An uncoated capillary column was used, with 75 mmol/L phosphate buffer solution (pH 2.5, containing 25mmol/L carboxymethylated-γ-CD) as running buffer, at 20 kV applied voltage. The capillary column temperature was 25℃ and the injection condition was 8 kV×6 s by electrokinetic mode. The on-line detection wavelength was 200nm. The proportion of two pairs of enantiomers in ten samples of synthetic anisodamine was 3 : 2.
