摘要
介绍了适用于高温合金材料切削加工的微乳切削液,试用表明,研制的切削液不仅能提高高温合金材料工件加工的表面光洁度,而且能延长刀具使用寿命,具有长期使用不变质、不发臭的特点。
A microemulsible cutting fluid applied to high temperature alloy cutting was developed. It could not only enhance the surface smooth finish of workpiece, but also prolong the service life of cutting tool. Meanwhile, it did not become deterioration or stink after being used for the long time.
