无支架异种生物瓣膜主动脉瓣替换的临床应用

摘要
无支架异种生物瓣膜是90年代应用于临床的一种新型生物瓣膜。该瓣膜去除了人工支架及缝合环,具有瓣口有效开放面积大、跨瓣压差低、优异的血流动力学特征及耐久性可靠等特点。
