Water resource, as a kind of important strategic resource, is significant to regional ecological environment security, especially to regional sustainable development and ecological environment security in arid and semi-arid region. This text, based on the research of regional carrying capacity of water resource and the theory of sustainable development, sets up multi-level-fuzzy-based evaluation model, and uses it to calculate and assess the carrying capacity of water resource in che＇ er chen river valley, and finally proposes some suggestions to water resource sustainable development of Che＇er chen river valley.
