摘要
稀土农用给中国农业带来丰厚回报,但稀土的环境安全问题也引发了中外科学家的关注。从分子生态毒理学的角度,论述了稀土离子对抗氧化酶及其同工酶的影响,表明抗氧化酶可用作稀土生态毒性的早期监测和生态风险评价的分子生物标志物;从分子水平上阐述了稀土离子在抗氧化物酶的结合部位及对酶分子结构的作用机理,并对今后研究进行了展望。参41。
The extensive application of rare earths in the China agrieuhure has been brought remarkable economle benefits. However, environmental security of rare earths is concerned tremendously by Chinese and foreign scientists. This paper is reviewed at point of molecular ecotoxieology. The effects of rare earths ions(Ln^3+ ) to antioxidant enzymes and its isoenzyme are discussed, which indicate that antioxidant enzymes could be used as molecular biomarker in early detection and ecological risk assessment of rare earths ecotoxieity. Binding sites of Ln^3 + in antioxidant enzymes and interaction mechanism to the structure of enzyme molecules are elucidated in molecular level. Finally, some comments are given in future research.
