摘要 采用多因素正交实验法,在五轴高速加工中心上,进行了高速铣削1Cr18Ni9不锈钢的实验。基于概率统计和回归分析原理,对回归方程进行了显著性检验,并建立了1Cr18Ni9不锈钢的切削力经验模型。通过分析正交实验直观图,研究了切削参数对切削力的影响。 This paper focuses on developing an empirical model for the prediction of milling forces in high speed end milling of 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel. The spindle speeds, feed rate, axial and radial depth of cut are considered as the affecting factors. The data for establishing the model are from high - speed end milling experiments conducted on a 5 - axis machining center according to the principles of DOE ( design of experiments) method. The influences of milling parameters on milling forces are investigated by analyzing the experimental curves. Consequently, multivariate linear regression analysis is applied in developing the empirical model.
