摘要
为使STEP-NC程序能被CNC所识别,对基于STEP-NC解释器和PMAC卡两大核心模块的AP238刀具路径生成系统进行了深入探究。通过VC高级语言,利用STEP-NC解释器,编辑PMAC提供的计算机底层驱动程序和接口函数,将上位机STEP-NC解释器生成的数据与PMAC卡伺服驱动器建立关联,生成加工程序中工步定义的各种加工特征的刀具运动轨迹来驱动机床的刀具运动。STEP-NC解释器读取STEP-NC加工程序,过滤出刀具的类型、直径、坐标等数据信息存储到指定的刀具路径生成器中,生成加工程序中工步定义的各种加工特征的刀具运动轨迹,并利用AP238刀具路径生成器生成零件的刀具轨迹。面向AP238的刀具路径生成器具有良好的模块化特性,通用性强,效率高。它将STEP-NC加工程序释译成数控机床可识别的刀具轨迹信息,并生成每一加工特征的刀具轨迹,为STEP-NC加工程序能被CNC系统识别提供可靠保证。
The generation system of AP238 tool path is deeply deplored in this paper based on the two core modules of STEP - NC Interpreter and PMAC, in order that the STEP - NC program can be recognized by CNC. The bottom drive program offered by PMAC and the interface function are edited by using VC and STEP -NC Interpreter to associate the data generated by STEP -NC Interpreter with PMAC servo actuator, and then the tool trajectories different processing features defined by work step in the processing program are generated to drive the tools. STEP- NC Interpreter reads the STEP -NC processing program, and filters out the type, diameter and coordinates of the tool and stores them in the tool path generator in order to generate the tool trajectories of different processing features defined by work step in the processing program, the tool trajectories of sampling part are generated by AP238 tool path generator. The AP238 -oriented tool path generator has features of modularization, general purpose and high efficiency. It can interpret the STEP - NC processing program into the information of tool trajectories that can be recognized by NC machine tool, and ensure that STEP -NC processing program can be recognized by CNC system by generating the tool trajectories of each processing feature.
