摘要 世界平均脑血管病的发病率为190—200/10万,而我国高达280/10万,其死亡率超过100/10万。脑血管疾病居高不下的致残率更是影响人类提高生活质量和制约社会经济发展的巨大障碍。因此必须研究它的病理生理机制,寻找新的治疗策略。缺血性脑血管病是因血管堵塞致局部脑血流量下降,氧合营养转运障碍,最终导致组织缺氧和细胞死亡。此时机体需作出反应维持机体氧的平衡与稳态来抵抗这种不利因素。
