摘要
在切纸机工作过程中,纸辊的拉纸速度和刀辊的旋转速度共同决定了切下纸张的长度。因此,能否对这2个速度加以控制,使之保持协调,就决定了切纸机的切纸精度。设计中以PLC为主控制器、以变频器为驱动,采用P I算法实现了2个速度按设定的比例运行。该系统通过软、硬件调试,运行可靠,能够确保切纸机切出定长的纸张,从而极大地减轻了操作者的操作负担。
During the working of paper cutting machine,both the speed of drawing paper and the revolving speed of cutter decide the length of paper.So whether we can control the two speed is important to the performance of the machine.Taking PLC as main controller,transducer as driver,adopting PI theory can make two speeds in need proportion and ensure the length of the cut paper.As a result,it greatly eases the burden of the manipulator.
