摘要
将高速贴标机进瓶螺旋设计为变螺距三段式螺旋,以50000瓶/h的机型为例进行了计算,首先为等速段,然后通过变加速段解决加速度突变带来的冲击,最后为等加速段。给出了利用Matlab绘制的进瓶螺旋运动曲线,提出了用Matlab编程计算螺旋槽上的点,结合SolidWorks实现进瓶螺旋三维造型的方法。
Taking the labeling machine with speed of 5000 bottles labeled per hour as study target,the infeeding screw rod is designed into three segments.The bottle velocity is constant at the first segment.Then the velocity is changed with varying acceleration at the second segments,which decreases the impact caused by the acceleration.The velocity is changed with constant acceleration at the final segment.The movement curve of the infeeding screw rod is drawn within Matlab.A method is proposed to make 3D model of infeeding screw rod with Solidworks,and the parameters for modeling are gotten from the result calculated by Matlab.
