摘要
目的探讨绝经后妇女血脂与单核细胞趋化因子受体CXCR2表达的关系。方法选择100例绝经后妇女,100例绝经前妇女,抽空腹静脉血,采用酶法测定低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL);明胶法分离外周血单核细胞、流式细胞仪测定单核细胞趋化因子受体CXCR2的蛋白表达,半定量PCR测定其mRNA水平。结果绝经后妇女LDL水平明显上升,HDL水平明显下降;CXCR2蛋白表达及mRNA水平均升高;而CXCR2蛋白及mRNA表达水平与LDL-C水平呈正相关,与HDL水平呈负相关。结论绝经后妇女血脂变化与单核细胞趋化因子受本CXCR2的增加有一定关系。
Objective To study the correlation between blood lipids and chemokine receptor CXCR2 of monocytes in post-menopause women. Methods 100 post-menopausal and 100 pre-menopausal women were included in this study. Fast venous blood was drawn from all subjects. High density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) were measured by enzymic method. CXCR2 and mRNA were assayed by flow eytometry and semi-quantity PCR, respectively. Results Compared with pre-monopause controls, the content of LDL was significantly higher, and HDL was significantly lower in post-monopause women. In addition, protein and mRNA of ehemokine receptor CXCR2 were significantly higher in post-monopause women. Correlation analyse showed that protein and mRNA of ehemokine receptor CXCR2 were positively correlated with LDL, but negatively correlated with HDL. Conclusions The change of blood lipids is related with the increase of ehemekine receptor CXCR2 in monoeytes in post-menopause wamen.
