鄂州市社区护理资源配置状况调查

Investigation on Allocation of Community Nursing Resources in Ezhou City

目的调查湖北省鄂州市社区护理资源配置状况,为进一步完善社区护理资源配置,提高护理质量提供依据。方法采用自行设计的社区护理资源配置状况调查表,调查鄂州市城区社区护理设施配置现状及人力资源状况。结果鄂州市社区卫生服务机构人力配置数量上基本符合国家最低标准,但人员素质较低;设施配置从床位数、科室设置、用房面积、设备状况等均未达到国家最低标准。结论鄂州市社区护理资源配置整体状况仍较差,严重影响了护理质量的提高和护理工作职能,政府部门应予以一定的经费投入,合理设置机构,尤其是提高护理人员综合素质。

Objective To analyze the allocation of community nursing resources in urban area of Ezhou city, so as to provide information for attempts to improve quality of community nursing care. Methods The allocation of community nursing resources was investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire. Results Staffing of health care centers in ur- ban area of Ezhou city was fundamentally in consistent with minimum level of national standards and the quality of staff was poor. Medical facilities such as bed number, division settings, housing estate and medical apparatus were underequipped. Conclusion Overall allocation of community nursing resources in urban area of Ezhou city is less satisfactory, which has been hindering the delivery of community nursing care and the strides for improvement. Financial investment from the government should be involved and medical facilities should be appropriately equipped. Measures should be taken to improve the quality of community health care providers as well.
