摘要
介绍了无刷直流风机的设计原理,重点说明了用于无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的闭环调速控制系统中的芯片LS7262的工作原理及特点,以及BLDCM的数学模型和风机特性工况分析。阐述了110V/250W无刷直流风机及保护电路的设计过程。在实验室条件下做出样机一台。试验结果表明了该设计的优越性。
The design principle of the brushless DC blower was introduced. The characteristic of BLDCM chip LS7262 ,the mathematic model and analysis working characteristic of the blower were explained emphatically, the elaborately designing process of 110V/250W brushless DC Blower illustrated and a sample blower the protect circuit had been nroduced in the laboratory . the experiment result proved the superiority of the design.
