摘要
介绍了国内新型电机-半屏蔽强制循环泵电机的结构设计及电磁设计特点。从屏蔽套的结构、材料、厚度,定子铁心结构,定子绕组,转子,隔热屏,机座,轴承,冷却系统等方面详细阐述了其各自对电动机性能的影响。从电磁设计的角度,说明了半屏敝电机与普通异步电动机在电机设计参数上的差异,和作者对其的一些建议。
The design features of half caned motor for circulating pump such as construction design and electromagnetism design were introduced. Various influence factors to motor＇ s performance, such as the construction of sheath, material, thickness, stator core, stator winding, rotor, heat shield,frame, bearing, cooling system is expatiated respectively. From view point of electromagnetism design, the difference of design parameter between half caned motor for circulating pump and general asynchronous motor, author＇s some proposals are presented.
