摘要
针对用于小型电机转子的全自动平衡机研制过程中所遇到的转速控制问题和转子定位问题,提出了解决方案。基于可编程逻辑控制器的特点,提出了一种准匀加速度变速控制方法;另外利用转子本身的特点,结合单片机和可编程逻辑控制器提出了一种自动定位技术,并结合实际分析了设计中的误差问题。
Aiming at the problem of speed control and rotor orientation encountered in the research of automatic balancing machine, a simulative constant acceleration method based on the character of PLC was put forward, in addition an automatic rotor orientation method according the character of the rotor in combination with the MCU and PLC was also put forward, and the error in the practical application was analysed.
