摘要
针对测功机高精度、高可靠性、操作方便、抗干扰性强的要求,设计了一套基于PLC的新型智能化交流电力测功机系统,实现了被测内燃机的各项性能参数的自动提取、测试数据辅助生成以及测试执行过程驱动与监控的自动化。阐述了该系统的研制背景、总体结构、主要功能及测试原理,并给出了系统应用的实例,验证了该设计的可行性。
For high quality dynamoneter with requirements of the high accuratcy, high reliability, convenient installation and high capable of anti interference,the characteristics of PLC are studied. Based on the analysis, an AC E- lectric Dynamometer test system automatically controlled by PLC is designed, generating the test data of the tested internal combustion engine based on PLC together with the test case generated and the driving of the execution of test and monitor automatically. The development background, the architecture, the main functions and the test principle of the system are introduced, and an example of system application is given, the result indicates the practicability of the design.
