无症状甲状腺多发结节192例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 192 cases of asymptomatic multiple thyroid nodules

目的:探讨无症状甲状腺多发结节的诊断及治疗。方法:回顾性分析我院1996年～2006年收治的192例甲状腺多发结节手术治疗的临床资料。结果:无症状甲状腺多发结节多见于女性,以结节性甲状腺肿最多、甲状腺腺瘤次之,均具有一定恶变机率,尤其实质性结节,需结合B超、同位素扫描、细针穿刺细胞活检综合判断,具有指征应尽早手术治疗,术中冰冻切片病理定性。结论:甲状腺多发结节应积极治疗,手术指征应适当放宽,以免延误诊治。

Objective：To study the diagnosis and treatment of asymptomatic multiple thyroid nodules. Methods： The clinical data of 192 operative cases of asymptomatic multiple thyroid nodules from 1996 to 2006 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results：Asymptomatic multiple thyroid nodules mostly happened in female, the first incidence was nodular goiter and the second incidence was thyroid adenoma, all of them had some probability of canceration, especially parenchymaous nodules;B -uhrasonagrphy must combine with radioisotope scan and fine needle aspiration to judge synthetically, operation should be done as early as possible. During operation, the freezing pathology should be done to determine the diagnosis. Conclusion：Symptomatic multiple thyroid nodules should be treated actively, and operation indication should be properly wide in order to avoid delaying diagnosis and treatment.
