摘要
对金平龙竹的化学成分、纤维形态、成浆性能进行了初步研究,结果表明:金平龙竹灰分、SiO2、冷水抽提物、热水抽提物、苯—醇抽提物、1%NaOH抽提物、木质素、多戊糖、纤维素质量分数分别为1.86%,0.67%,2.12%,3.96%,2.56%,18.35%,25.80%,13.76%,46.64%;纤维平均长度、长宽比分别为2.53mm,176.55。与造纸工业目前使用较多的慈竹、毛竹、云杉、马尾松、桉树等相比较,金平龙竹具有纤维平均长度较长、长宽比相当、纤维素质量分数较高、木质素质量分数较低的优势。该竹易于成浆,与针叶木比较撕裂强度较高,是一种优良的竹类纤维原料。
An experiment was conducted to study the chemical components, fiber morphology and pulping properties of Dendrocalamus peculiaris Hsueh & D. Z. Li in Mengla County, Yunnan Province. Results show that the chemical components of D. peculiaris are determined as ash content 1.86%, SiO2 0. 67%, cold water extractive 2.12%, hot water extractive 3.96%, benzene-alcohol extractive 2.56%, 1% NaOH extractive 18.35%, Klason lignin 25.80%, pentosan 13.76%, and cellulose content 46. 64%. Fiber length of D. peculiaris is 2.53 mm, and length-width ratio is 176.55. D. peculiaris has a higher fiber length, a reasonable ratio of fiber length to width, a higher cellulose content and a lower Klason lignin content compared with Neosinocalamus afflnis, Phyllostachys pubesdeus, Picea asperata, Pinus massoniana and Eucalyptus globulus Labill. D. peculiaris with higher tearing strength is easier to pulp. There:fore, it is a good fiber material of bamboo for papermaking.
