摘要
根据最优化理论及方法,利用竹材定向刨花板基本性能与各工艺参数之间的回归关系,结合MAT-LAB强大的数据处理功能,对工艺参数进行优化,得出竹材定向刨花板的部分最优工艺参数如下:刨花长度L=0.06m,板密度γ=850kg/m3,热压温度T=160℃,表层定向刨花所占比例μ=67%,施胶量(脲醛胶)R=14%,板坯含水率W=13%,为刨花板的工艺设计提供了合理依据。
A multi-objective optimization method for process parameters was designed by means of the powerful data processing function for MATLAB languages according to the regression relationship between the basic performances of bamboo Oriented Strand Board (OSB) and the process parameters. The optimized parameter values were obtained as flake length 0.06 m, board density 850 kg/m^3, hot press temperature 160 ℃, the percentage of the flake on the surface 67%, adhesive consumption 14%, and mat moisture content 13%. This study provides a reasonable basis for process design of the bamboo OSB.
