摘要
目的探讨尿中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、Ⅳ型胶原(T4C)与早期糖尿病肾病(EDN)肾脏损害关系及科素亚的干预作用。方法检测113例2型糖尿病患者(EDN组68例、未合并肾病组-T2DM组45例)尿中TGF-β1、T4C、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER),比较EDN与T2DM组TGF-β1、T4C水平差异,并就EDN组科素亚干预前后TGF-β1、T4C、UAER水平差异及三者之间相关性进行统计分析。结果EDN组TGF-β1、T4C水平明显高于T2DM组;科素亚干预前后分析表明,EDN组尿中TGF-β1、T4C与UAER之间具有较高正相关性(P均<0.01),科素亚干预后三者水平有降低,但差异无显著意义(P均>0.05)。结论EDN组尿中TGF-β1、T4CEDN肾脏损害有较密切关系,尿中TGF-β1、T4C水平可以作为EDN诊断和监控指标;科素亚对TGF-β1、T4C、UAER有一定干预作用。
Objective To study the correlation between urinary transforming growth factor betal (TGF-β1), type Ⅳ collagen(T4C) and the lesion of early diabetic nephropathy(EDN),and to research the intervene effect of Cozaar along with it. Methods 113 diabetic cases were divided into END group(68 cases) and T2DM group(45 cases). The levels of urinary TGF-β1 ,T4C and urinanry albumin excreation rate(UAER) were detected and compared the TGF-β1 ,T4C level in the two groups. And detected the TGF-β1 ,T4C, UAER level changing before and after applied cozaar in EDN group. Results The TGF-β1,T4C level in END group were obviously higher than those in T2DM group. Statistic analysis indicating the high positively correlation between urinary TGF-β1, T4C and UAER,and there urinary level were decreased after intervene of cozaar. Conclusion the urinary TGF-β1, T4C are positively correlated with the lesion of EDN;and they can be taken as surveying indicators of EDN. Cozaar can affect the urinary TGF-β1, T4C,UAER level.
