四逆加人参汤治疗冠心病心绞痛血液流变学观察

Observation on Treating Angina with Decoction for Treating Cold Limbs Supplemented with Ginseng

运用四逆加人参汤煎剂治疗冠心病心绞痛６０例，心绞痛发作缓解显效３３．３％，改善４６．７，总有效率８０％；心电图显效２０％，改善４６．７％，总有效率６６．７％。１２导联心电图ＳＴ段下总导联数（ＮＳＴ）和ＳＴ段下降总和（ΣＳＴ）均有明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。平均每周心绞痛发作次数、每次疼痛持续时间及每周硝酸甘油用量均显著减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗后患者血液流变学各指标有明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５，０．０１）。说明四逆加人参汤对心肌缺血和微循环障碍有较好的疗效。
