摘要
提出倾斜内锁型三维机织陶瓷基复合材料弹性性能预测模型,考虑材料实际的编织结构和相邻纤维束之间的孔隙,讨论织物细观结构参数对倾斜内锁型三维机织陶瓷基复合材料弹性性能的影响。通过两个重要细观结构参数分析探讨不同结构参数对纤维体积含量和曲屈率的影响,并进一步给出纤维体积含量和曲屈率对弹性性能的变化关系。另外还对编织陶瓷基复合材料制造过程中材料的高温损伤进行初步分析。
The effects of fabric micro-structural parameters on elastic properties of 3D angle-interlock woven ceramic composites are investigated based on the model proposed by the author. This model takes into account the actual fabric structure by considering the fiber's undulation and continuity in apace, the cavities between adjacent yarns and the actual cross-section geometry of the yarn. Parametric studies are performed to examine the effects of two important micro-structural parameters on fiber volume fraction and crimp fraction, and variations of elastic properties with fiber volume fraction and crimp fraction are presented. The effects of high-temperature treatment on ceramic composite on the elastic properties are considered.
