论述林区森林采伐剩余物利用是提高森林资源利用率的有效途径。分析目前在森林采伐剩余物利用方面主要存在工业利用率较低、深加工产品比重少、缺乏相关的政策支撑和科学系统管理等问题。提出通过政策引导和科学管理是实现我国林区采伐剩余物高效利用的根本保障。

The using of forest cutting remainder in forest region is the effective approach to improve the forest resources using rate. Now there are problems that industry using rate is low, proportion of deep - machining output is few, lack correlative policy supporting and scientific system management in the using of forest cutting remainder.
