银川市青少年网络成瘾及相关因素分析

A Study on the Status and Correlative Factors of Internet Addiction Disorder of Adolescents in Yinchuan

目的了解青少年网络成瘾现状及其相关因素,为青少年网络成瘾的预防和矫治提供依据。方法选取宁夏一所大学、三所中学的学生,按年级分层整群抽样;采用中文网络成瘾量表和自制一般情况及上网情况调查表进行测查,从中筛选出网络成瘾者185名;对185名成瘾者采用χ2检验及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果银川市青少年网络成瘾的发生率为5.0%。成瘾组和非成瘾组性别、上网地点差异有统计学意义。单次上网最长时间、每周上网时间、网吧上网、家里上网、网络游戏是危险因素,收发电子邮件是保护因素。结论网络成瘾的发生与上网时间、网吧上网、家里上网、网络游戏有关。

Objective To explore the status and correlative factors of Intemet addiction disorder of adolescents in Yinchuan and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of adolescent IAD. Methods 185 adolescents with IAD were investigated with Chinese Intemet Addiction Scale-revised（CIAS-r）and self-designed intemet use questionnaire for adolescents. The outcomes was analyzed with χ^2 test and multiple logistic regression.Results Prevalence of IAD was 5.0 in adolescents of Yinchuan. Longest on-line time once, weekly on-line time, browsing on Intemet at home or net bar, playing netgames had significantly positive correlations with IAD; however, E-mail had significantly negative correlation with IAD. Conclusion Time on Intemet, browsing on Intemet at net bar and playing netgames were influential factors of IAD in adolescents.
