上颌窦鳞癌376例临床治疗随访

Follow up of curative effects on 376 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus

对我院收治的３７６例上颌窦鳞状细胞癌全部随访５年以上。Ⅱ期５例、Ⅲ期１２１例，Ⅳ期２５０例。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期共３７１例，占９８．７％，单纯放疗１７４例，单纯手术４５例，综合治疗１５７例，５年生存率分别为１３．８％，４４．４％和２９．９％。术前与术后放射对生存率无影响。单一依赖扩大手术范围并不能提高生存率。８０．７％的死因为局部复发。

Three hundred and seventy six patient with squamous cell carcinoma of the maxillary sinus were followed up for more than 5 years 5 patients were in stageⅡ,121 in stageⅢ,250 in stage Ⅳ,and the figures of stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ added up to 371(98 1%) 174 patients were treated by radiation alone,45 by only operation and 157 by operation plus radiation(combined therapy group),the 5 year survival rates were 13 8%,44 4% and 29 9 ,respectively Preoperative or postoperative irradiation had no significant influence on 5 year survival rate Higher survival rate can not be expected by only the more extensive operation 80 7% of death were due to local recurrences
