Research of computer analysis system for congenital heart disease and other malformation were reported.The research was based on the database which was created by physical examination for 43 641 infants and children.making statistic analysis,referencing a lot of literature and refining the indexes intimately related to congenital malformation.The system structure design,function and practice value were discussed.
