无淋巴结转移的直肠腺癌p21ras表达与五年生存的关系

The Relationship between Expression of p21ras in Rectal Adenocarcinomas withoutLymph Node Metastasis and the 5 year survival

采用免疫组织化学ＬＳＡＢ法，对８６例无淋巴结转移的直肠腺癌ｐ２１ｒａｓ的表达进行检测并分析与５年生存的关系。结果显示：在生存期＜５年的２４例患者中，ｐ２１ｒａｓ表达阳性者２０例（８３．３％）；在生存期≥５年的６２例患者中，ｐ２１ｒａｓ表达阳性者１０例（１６．１％）。前者的阳性表达率高于后者（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果说明：无淋巴结转移的直肠腺癌ｐ２１ｒａｓ的阳性表达与５年生存密切相关，这对术后制定综合性治疗方案有指导作用。

The relationship between expression of p21ras in rectal adenocarcinomas without lymph node metastasis and the 5 year survival was studied in 86 cases by LSAB immunohistochemical technique. The results showed that among 24 cases with <5 years survival the positive expression of p21ras in rectal adenocarcinomas was revealed in 20 cases (83.3%); however,among 62 cases with ≥5 years survival, 10 cases (16.1%);The former was higher than the latter in the rate of the positive expression( P <0.01).The results suggested that there was close relationship between the positive expression of p21ras in rectal adenocarcinomas without the lymph node metastasis and the 5 year survival.It plays an instructive role in making comprehensive postoperative treatment measures.
