摘要
胸腹部神经鞘瘤较少见。１９６８年２月至１９９４年１２月共收治９例，其中４例肿瘤位于腹膜后间隙，２例肿瘤在胃壁，上后纵隔部、肝胃韧带部、盲肠部各１例，均经手术及病理确诊。作者结合文献对本病临床表现、诊断和治疗作简要讨论。
Schowannoma of pleuroperitoneal cavity is rare. From February 1968 to December 1994 we treated 9 cases of Schwannoma of the chest cavity and abdominal viscera. Among them, tumors of 4 cases sat in the retroperitoneal space, 2 cases on the gastric wall and 1 case in the upperposterier mediastinum,hepato gastric ligament, cecum, respectively.All cases were diagnosed definitely by operation and pathology.In this paper the clinical features discussed briefly with review of literatures.
