摘要
研究了对甲苯磺酸铜催化乙酸与环己醇的酯化反应,考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间和带水剂用量等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明,优化的反应条件是:乙酸用量0.2mol,醇酸摩尔比1.4,甲苯磺酸铜用量1.2g,带水剂环己烷15mL。回流反应60min后酯化率可达96.7%,催化剂重复使用7次仍保持较高活性。
The esterification reaction of acetic acid and cyclohexanol catalyzed by copper p - toluenesulfonate was studied. The effects of different factors such as molar ratio of alcohol to acid, dosage of catalyst and water - carrying agent, reaction time on the yield of cyclohexyl acetate were examined. The result showed that, the optimal reaction conditions were as follows : dosage of acetic acid 0.2 mol, molar ratio of cyclohexanol to acetic acid 1.4, dosage of copper p- toluenesulfonate 1.2 g,dosage of cyclohexane as water- carrying agent 15 mL, reaction time 60 min at reflux temperature.The esterification rate could reach 96.7%. The catalyst kept high activity after recycling for 7 times.
