摘要 采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2-AlO3复合载体,研究了该复合载体负载NiMo制成的NiMo/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂的加氢脱硫反应。考察了温度、压力、体积空速和氢油体积比对二苯并噻吩(DBT)转化率的影响。结果表明,随反应温度的升高,DBT的转化率大大提高,温度在320~340℃时,对DBT的转化率影响最大,温度高于360℃后,再提高反应温度,对DBT转化率提升有限;氢压对DBT的转化率影响较小;随着空速的增大,DBT转化率随之减小;随氢油比的升高,DBT的转化率逐渐增加,但当氢油体积比高于550时,继续增加氢油比对脱硫率几乎没有影响。 Complex carrier of TiO2 - Al2O3 was prepared by improved sol - gel method. The hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of dibenzothiophene(DBT) catalyzed by NiMo/TiO2- Al2O3 was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, liquid hourly space velocity and volume ratio of hydrogen/oil on the conversion of DBT were investigated. The results showed that the conversion of DBT increased greatly at the reaction temperature increased from 320 to 340 ℃, while it increased slowly above 360 ℃. The hydrogen pressure had little influence on the conversion of DBT. The conversion of DBT decreased with the increase of liquid hourly space velocity. The conversion of DBT increased with the increase of hydrogen/oil volume ratio, but it had almost no influence on the conversion of DBT if the hydrogen/oil volume ratio was over 550.
