芦荟的药理研究概况

Status of Pharmacology Research of Aloe

芦荟的药用价值已得到医药界的充分认可,而对其多方面的药理研究与它在医药领域应用的局限性的矛盾至今仍未解决,如何将研究成果更快、更好地应用于临床,使更多患者受益,值得我们认真思考。笔者对近年来国内外关于芦荟调节免疫、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗菌和拮抗内毒素等药理作用的研究进展进行介绍,以供业内人士参考。

The medical value of Aloe has been accredited sufficiently by medical speciality, but the contradiction between the versatility in the pharmaeology researeh and loealization in the medieal applieation has not solved. How to use the aehievement in elinie quieker and better for benifiting more people is worth thinking. The author introduces the development in pharmacology research on adjusting immunity, antioxygen, antiseptic, antiendotoxin and so on by refering to the domestic and foreign correlative literature in recent years.
