紫外分光光度法测定制霉素栓中制霉素含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立制霉素栓中制霉素的含量测定方法。方法用乙醚萃取栓剂基质,用紫外分光光度法在304nm波长处测定制霉素栓的含量。结果制霉素质量浓度在10~200U/mL范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.28%,RSD为1.38%。结论所用含量测定方法简便、快速、准确,适用于制霉素栓中制霉素的含量测定。 Objective To establish a method for determination of nysfungin in nysfungin suppository. Methods To screen ether for extracting the ground substrate in nysfungin suppository and to determine nysfungin by UV spectrophotometry at 304 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10-200 U/mL, the average recovery was 98.28%, RSD was 1.38%. Conclusion This mehod is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for determination of nysfungin in nysfungin suppository.
