摘要
[目的]了解妇科医护人员对择期手术病人术前禁食禁饮的认知状况。[方法]采用问卷法对妇科37名医护人员进行调查分析。[结果]妇科医护人员对择期手术病人术前禁食禁饮的认知存在差异及不合理性。[结论]医护人员应及时更新禁食禁饮新观念,灵活运用术前禁食禁饮原则,给予择期手术病人术前恰当的饮食指导,增加围手术期的安全性。
Objective: To know about the cognition state of medical and nursing staffs in gynecology department toward preoperative nothing - by - mouth for patient undergoing selective operation. Methods. A total of 37 doctors and nurses in gynecology department were investigated by filling out questionnaire. Results: There was difference and unrationality in terms of cognition between doctors and nurses in gynecology department toward preoperative nothing - y - mouth for patients undergoing selective operation. Conclusion: Medical and nursing staffs should renovate new concept of nothing - by - mouth in time and carry out preoperative nothing - by - mouth principle actively. Medical and nursing staffs should give appropriate preoperative diet instruction for patients undergoing selective operation and increase perioperative safety for them.
