摘要
采用光学传输矩阵方法,模拟研究了当一维光子晶体的介质层光学厚度不为λ0/4时,光子晶体的光学传输特性,详细计算并分析了这类光子晶体的透射谱.结果表明,在这种常常被研究者们所忽视的介质层光学厚度为非λ0/4情况下,仅通过适当调节介质层的实际厚度就能够产生一个或多个近完全透射带,这将为光子晶体滤波器的制作提供一种简单的方法.
By means of transfer matrix method, the transmission properties of one - dimensional photonic crystals which optical width doesnot equal λ0/4 were investigated. The transmission wpectra were calculated. It is shown that one or more complete transmission peaks exist in the forbidden gap only by changing the width of dielectric layers, Which will be a simple method to make filter.
