长江三角洲各城市竞争力时间演变及影响因素研究

RESEARCH ON TEMPORAL CHANGES AND INFLUENCE FACTORS OF URBAN COMPETITIVENESS IN YANGTZE DELTA

对城市竞争力概念进行界定并建立了对应的指标体系，引入全局主成分分析方法，实证研究了长江三角洲15个地级市1997～2004年间城市竞争力的演变．长江三角洲整体城市竞争力提高的同时内部差异扩大，呈现出浙江省追赶江苏省的局面，城市综合经济实力依然是影响城市竞争力的最主要因素，但环境要素、对外开放以及发展潜力对城市竞争力的贡献日益加强，各因子对城市竞争力的影响趋向均衡，同时行政区划调整对城市竞争力亦有影响．

Yangtze Delta is the most vigorous region in the economic development, while the inner competition is very drastic. We firstly define the meaning of urban competitiveness and then set up an index system corresponding with the conception. With the aid of mathematical method Global Principle Components Analysis, We estimate the urban competitiveness of 15 cities located at Yangtze Delta from 1997 to 2003. At last, We analyze the influence factors of urban competitiveness. It finds out that the urban competitiveness of Yangtze Delta is totally enhanced while the inner difference is enlarged, presenting a trend that Zhejiang Province is chasing Jiangsu Province. Integrated gross economy is still the most important factor influencing urban competitiveness, but the environment factor, opening externally and development potential become more and more important. Meanwhile, the adjustment of regionalism also influences urban competitiveness.
