摘要
城市土地开发与房产开发主要指标具有互动关系.本文结合时差相关性与K-L信息量的方法,测算并得出近十几年来江苏省房产开发对土地开发具有较大的时差滞后性作用的结论,通过实证研究对政府调控房地产市场提出针对性的建议.
Urban house and land development both have impacts on each other. With the methods of Timedifference correlation analysis and Kullback- Leibler information, the authors gained the result that Jiangsu province＇s house development lags its land development a lot in a dozen of years. By doing this empirical study, authors present related suggestions for govemment to regulate real estate markets.
