ON STUDY OF THE DEDICATION CONSCIOUSNESS FOR THE PERSONNEL STAFF ENGAGED IN THE SERVICE ENTERPRISES

摘要 通过对饭店服务人员服务意识的定义,阐述服务意识对服务人员服务能力和服务质量的影响;通过分析服务人员良好服务意识的具体表现,提出提高饭店服务人员服务意识的途径和方法. The paper has given a primary definition for the concept of Dedication Consciousness (DC) of hotel personnel staff. Based on this, some effects of the DC on promotion of capacities and reception qualities to the service personnel staff were expatiated. Related manifest in detail of personnel staff were investigated and employed for this study. Finally, the approaches and measurements how to improve the DC of hotel staff were proposed.
