冠心病患者甘露聚糖结合凝集素、超敏C-反应蛋白的变化及相关性分析 被引量:6

Analysis of MBL and Hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的测定冠心病患者血浆MBL、Hs-CRP含量,分析这些因素的变化及相关性,探讨冠心病的可能致病机制。方法收集100例冠心病(CHD)病人和60例健康对照者抗凝血,用ELISA法检测血浆MBL含量;免疫比浊法测定Hs-CRP含量;对冠心病组血浆中Hs-CRP与MBL含量进行相关性分析。结果冠心病人血浆MBL含量的平均值(3900μg/L)高于健康对照组(2056μg/L),两者比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);冠心病人血浆Hs-CRP含量的平均值(10.257mg/L)高于健康对照组(1.488mg/L),两者比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);按Hs-CRP水平升高(>3mg/L)与否将冠心病人分为两组,Hs-CRP水平升高组和Hs-CRP水平正常组的血浆MBL均值(±SD)分别为(3723±2783)μg/L和(4258±3961)μg/L,经t检验两者无统计学差异(P>0.05);在100例冠心病样本中,Hs-CRP与MBL含量使用Pearson相关性分析,r=0.144,P=0.245,没有发现两者有相关关系。结论MBL和Hs-CRP两项指标在冠心病组较健康对照组均显著升高,提示他们参与了冠心病的发生、发展过程。虽然MBL和Hs-CRP在冠心病人显著升高,但是这两项指标之间不显示相关,提示它们可能以不同机制参与冠心病发生。 [Objective] To measure the plasma level of MBL and Hs-CRP (High-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein) in patients with CHD, to further analyze the relationship among plasma level of MBL, Hs-CRP and CHD, and to analyze the possible mechanism of CHD. [Methods] The contents of MBL were assayed with ELISA kits and Hs-CRP with PENIA in 100 blood samples of CHD patients and 60 that of controls. [Results] The plasma level of MBL was 3900 μg/L, while 2056 μg/L in controls. The plasma level of MBL in cases was higher than that of controls (P 〈0.01 ). CHD patients were divided into two groups according to Hs-CRP level, the plasmas level of MBL was (3723±2783) μg/L when Hs-CRP was higher than 3 mg/L, and the plasmas level of MBL was (4258±3961 ) μg/L when Hs-CRP was lower than 3 mg/L. There was no statistic significance (P 〉0.05) between these two groups. When analyzed with Pearson, no correlation was found between Hs-CRP and MBL (r=0.144, P=0.245).[Conclusion] Both the plasma level of MBL and Hs-CRP increased in CHD, which may involve in the trigger and/ or development of CHD. No co-relationship was found between the plasma level of MBL and Hs-CRP.
