摘要 目的探讨果糖定性分析在鉴别诊断无精子症中的意义。方法116例精液样本,其中果糖阴性组37例,果糖阳性组79例。常规分析精液量,精液pH值。采用间苯二酚法进行果糖定性分析。采用分光光度法测定果糖含量、中性α-糖苷酶活性。采用放射免疫分析法测定血清性激素水平。结果与果糖阳性组相比,果糖阴性组的精液量、pH值显著低于正常值,中性α-糖苷酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。精浆果糖含量与精液量呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。与果糖阴性组相比,果糖阳性组FSH、LH水平显著增高(P<0.01),T水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论果糖定性试验可以为无精子症诊断提供实验依据。 [Objective] To investigate the signifieianee of the fructose qulitation in diagnosis of azoospermia. [Methods] 116 samples of semen were divided into fructose negative group and fructose positive groupe which were 37 cases and 79 cases, respectively. Semen characteristics involving in volume and pH were analyzed. Fructose qualitation was analyzed by resorcinol. Fructose concentration and activity of neutral alpha-glucosidase were measured spectrophotometry. Blood serum levels sex hormonal were measured by radioimmunoassay. [Results] Comparing with the group of fructose positive, seminal volume, pH and neutral alpha-glucosidase were significantly lower in the group of fructose negative (P 〈0.05). Fructose concentration was positively correlated with seminal volume (P 〈 0.01). Comparing with the group of fructose negative, FSH and LH were significantly higher, however, T was significantly lower in the group of fructose positive (P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] Fructose qualition test can be applied for the diagnosis of azoospermia.
