特发性外阴痛中医辨证论治举隅

Syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM of Idiopathic Vulvodynia and clinic cases

特发性外阴痛属于皮肤科"外阴痛"或"外阴痛综合征"的范畴。症状多为经常性,非激惹性外阴灼痛或钝痛。目前国内外关于此病的报道不是很多。现代医学治疗上由于使用三环类抗抑郁药,其副作用大,患者的依从性差。文章详述了笔者对本病的中医诊断和治疗的经验。

Idiopathic vulvodynia belongs to ＂Vulvodynia＂ or ＂Vulvodynla Syndrome＂.Its symptoms were frequent, non-irritative burning pain or dull pain. At present, there are few reports about this disease at home and abroad. Tricyclic antidepressant is usually used to treat Idiopathic vulvodynia, but it has many side effects and the compliance of patients is poor. This article introduced the diagnosis of TCM and clinic experiences of the author.
