摘要
目的:从药效学角度探讨甘草泻心汤君药问题。方法:采用均匀设计法对甘草泻心汤进行拆方,测定各配比组方对胃酸含量、胃蛋白酶活性及胃黏液分泌的影响,针对实验数据应用MATLAB软件,建立药味与药效指标(胃酸、胃蛋白酶、胃黏液)的非线性影射模型,并应用该模型,分析甘草泻心汤中各药味在全方背景下的量效关系。结果:对正常大鼠胃蛋白酶分泌,甘草、黄芩、黄连、大枣、生姜具有促进作用;半夏、干姜、党参具有抑制作用。对大鼠胃酸分泌,干姜、黄芩、黄连、大枣、生姜具有促进作用;半夏具有抑制作用。对胃黏液分泌,黄芩、黄连、大枣、生姜有抑制作用。结论:本研究对于探讨甘草泻心汤君药问题具有一定参考价值。
Objective: To discuss the sovereign drug of GancaoXiexin decoction from pharmacodynamics. Method: GancaoXiexin decoction were disassembled according to the homogenous design. Detect the effects of analogous decoctions on gastric acid dosage,gastric pepsin activity and gastric juice secretion . Through case study on the experiment data by Matlab softrare , we established nonlinear mapping formula between ingredients and dosage index (gastric acid, gastric pepsin, gastric juice). By applying this formula , we discussed dose - drug efficacy relations under the background of taste in a prescription. Result: Radix Glycytthizae, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Fructrs Jujubae and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens could increase gastric pepsin in rats , but Rhizoma Pinelliae, Rhizoma Zingiberis, Radix Codonopsis could reduce gastric pepsin in rats . Rhizoma Zingiberis, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Coptidis , Fructrs Jujubae and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens could increase gastric acid secretion in rats, while Rhizoma Pinelliae could re-duce gastric acid secretion in rats. Radix Seutellariae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Fruetrs Jujubae and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens could reduce gastric juice secretion in rats. Conclution: This research is valuable for the question of GancaoXiexin decoction.
