福建海产鱼类寄生吸虫二新种(吸虫纲:复殖目)

TWO NEW SPECIES OF TREMATODES OF MARINE FISHES FROM FUJIAN, CHINA (TREMATODA: DIGENEA )

从福建沿海的横纹东方■肠道里检获鳞肉科和血居科吸虫一新种，即等口双肛吸虫 Ｂｉａｎｉｕｍ ｉｓｏｓｔｏｍａ ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．，中华拟德氏吸虫 Ｐａｒａｄｅｏｎｔａｃｙｌｉｘ ｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ ｓｐ． ｎｏｖ。新种与近似种进行比较，模式标本存放在汕头大学生物系。

Bianium isostoma sp. nov. (Fig. 1) Host Fugu oblongus (Bloch). Location Small intestine. Locality Xiamen,Fujian Province. Infection 7 individuals from 2 of 32 hosts. Body elliptical, 1. 84mm-3. 12mm × 1. 11mm-2. 18mm (2. 37mm × 1. 15mm), divided into two parts. The anterior part with numerous dorsal gland cells 1. 10mm-1. 70mm (1. 31mm) long and the posterior part 0. 74mm-1. 42mm (1. 06mm ) long. Oral sucker rounded, subterminal, 0. 272mm-0. 404mm × 0. 248mm-0. 372mm (0. 334mm × 0. 300rum). Acetabulutn rounded, 0. 248rum-0. 348rum × 0. 248mm-0. 368mm(0. 291mm × 0. 305mm), at the posterior end of the anterior part. Sucker ratio 1: 0.861mm-0. 912mm. Prepharynx conspicuous, 0. 040mm-0. 100mm × 0. 168mm-0. 388mm (0. 061mm × 0. 288mm ). Pharynx well-developed, 0. 144mm-0. 172mm × 0. 232mm-0. 392mm (0. 162mm × 0. 314mm). Esophagus short 0. 010mm-0. 020mm (0. 017mm) and the ceca opening outside at posterior end of body. Receptaculum seminis sacshaped, 0. 144rum × 0. 248mm × 0. 064mm-0. 124mm (0. 184mm × 0. 094mm ), behind ovary. Laurer’s canal 0. 060mm-0. 106mm (0. 083mm ) long. Vitelline follicles extending from anterior end of acetabulum to posterior of body. Uterus winding between ovary and acetabulum. Eggs long-elliptical, 58pm-72μm×36μm-48μm (65. 4μm × 43. 1μ). This species is similar to B. hemistoma (Ozaki, 1928), but it can be distinguished from the latter by the sucker ratio and the size of eggs (Tab. 1). 2 Bianium hemistoma (Ozaki, 1928) Manier, 1947 Recorded from China. Host Fugu oblongus (Bloch). 3 Paradeontacylix sinensis sp. nov. (Fig. 2) Host Fugu oblongus (Bloch). Location Bloob vessels of small intestine. Locality Xiamen, Fujian Province. Infection 11 individuals from 5 of 32 hosts. The body is flat, spindle-shaped, with more or less pointed extremities and entirely covered with minute spines, 4. 56mm-4.90mm × 1. 19mm-1. 32mm. The distance about 0. 168mm-0. 226mm from nerve commissure to anterior extremity of body. Mouth subter- minal, 0. 032mm-0. 034mm × 0. 034mm-0. 038mm, and leading directly into the slender esophagus which being 0. 90mm-1. 01mm long. Intestine with four distinct unequal divertic- ula, two anteriorly and two posteriorly extened. The anterior diverticula 0.32mm-0.42mm long and posterior one 2. 04mm-2. 40mm long. The posterior end of posterior diverticula is at about 1. 32mm-1.56mm from the extremity of body. Testis with 29-32 pairs of bilateral lobes. Entire testes 3.16mm-3. 40mm × 1. 04mm-1. 24mm, arranged between fork of intes- tine and ovarian zone. Vas deference arising from anterior part of testis and extending to be- hind ovary. Ovary irregularly quadrate, with irregular indentation in outline, 0.112mm- 0. 160mm × 0. 290mm-0. 432mm, located behind testis. The oviduct from posterior end of ovary descending posteriorward to meet the vitelline duct and then turning sinistrally to con- tinue into spindle-shaped ootype surrounded by the shell gland. Female genital pore situated in front of male. Eggs elliptical, 40μm-52μm × 22pm-30μm (45μm × 26μm), with thin shells. The genus of Paradeontacyllx have recorded two species: P. sanguinicoloides McIn- tosh, 1934 and P. odhner (Layman, 1930) McIntosh, 1934.
